What we need from you
Carriers must meet minimum standards to ensure safe, reliable service across our network. These requirements apply to all applicants.
Authority
Active MC, DOT, or Intrastate Authority with minimum 90 days active status. Common or Contract Authority required.
Safety rating
Satisfactory or None rating from FMCSA. No unsatisfactory ratings accepted.
Company details
Valid contact information and completed carrier profile. Signed broker-carrier agreement and W-9 on file.
Insurance
Certificate of Insurance meeting all C1 Freight requirements. Coverage must be current and valid.
Minimum insurance requirements
Insurance protects you, us, and the freight. These minimums are non-negotiable across all shipments.
Cargo coverage
Minimum $100,000 cargo liability coverage required for all loads.
Auto liability
Minimum $1,000,000 auto liability coverage per vehicle.
General liability
Minimum $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage required.
Workers compensation
Coverage required in all states where you operate. Additional coverage may be required for specialized freight.
